Looking at the line up for this years Gold Cup it could well be the best one for many years.

Just learned that we've been offered the chance do a couple of laps of the track on Sunday morning for anyone interested. Message for details.

Well clearly nobody’s interested in this

BUT… we’ll have the Vita Cooper-Buick going round the track at Oulton on Sunday morning and any other Minis there. Entry list for the HRDC is a big one, about five minis in it, should be a good 45 minute race on Saturday (so wish I’d have entered now) and the Gerry Marshall Trophy on Sunday. The special saloon / mod prod race will be good aswell.

Sadly, only just spotted this opportunity to display, partake in a track parade, and a discount to boot!

We've been booked for a while for the Saturday, and have organised to come in one of the other cars, as the amount of motorway is off-putting for the Mini. Really looking forward to seeing the Saturday action though! Will Simon have the Cooper-Buick there on the Saturday to have a good look at??

My 15 year old thought I was going mad popping my head in and seeing what it smelt like. Not a car I’ve ever seen before, do we know it’s history?
