It is, or was previously, being sold as an early car and should have high seat belt mounts which doesn't seem to be the case

In all fairness, that is quite an interesting bundle. The price is high, but not absolutely extortionate. I have just priced all the items at what I consider to be "fair" prices & come up with £592

Never seen Wipac branded ‘dot’ caps before…

Learn something new every day! Were these an alternate supplier situation?

Mea culpa! I didn't look at the other photos - thought it was just the one Downton brochure

Most parts were at least double sourced. I too had never seen Wipac WCX548's though. Not that I think they are worth anywhere near £250 !!

Being picky you might notice it lacks the Export wheelarches (Edit: not fitted in every market), the Firsat wheels, has the overriders fitted which are wrong for an Inno Export, wrong interior colour to ext. colour combination, wrong steering wheel, wrong gear stick knob and pedal rubbers, wrong cigar lighter, wrong headlining, wrong interior mirror, RH-tank, wrong battery cover, wrong bonnet badge, headlights possibly wrong, wrong side indicators, wrong wipers and nozzles, wrong front panel (number plate support ), brake booster wrong way round, wrong radiator, wrong LH inner wing, coolant expansion tank missing, wrong fan, air filter housing missing alon matching crankcase vent 3-way connector, -- I am getting exhausted.
I am not entirely sure if this is really an Innocenti shell....

Here is a very original example for comparison: http://www.bresciacar.it/Scheda_IT_324- ... -1300.html

So if you are after an original Inno Cooper 1300 this may require some TLC and patience for your search for the missing or currently wrong parts.
It is a nice car nevertheless if you don't mind the mods. :geek: :ugeek:

Having just re read the listing there are also 2 incredibly rare original Downton Dyno sheets in Ray Shepherds hand writing in the lot as well. These are truly rarer than hens teeth.

I'd never bid on such a huge listing of paperwork, but if it was listed separately I'd certainly be bidding on some of it.
