1961 Morris mini minor
Just a very quick post to thank the forum for the encouragement, guidance, knowledge and expertise that has massively helped me with my long term project. It truly is amazing how helpful people can be with a shared passion for a subject. My car isn't 100% finished just yet but it is back on the road after more than 40 years resting and is putting a big smile on my face. A shout out to 5portsrocks, mk1, Andrew1967, Surgeryman, Works AOG 850, 1071bob, SMOKE GREY, 360gts, Peter Laider, Imack, Contour51 and all the other people that have really helped me out in different ways. This forum is a credit to those that put in all the hard work in keeping it going so thank you.
Mark.

1964 mk1 Austin Cooper "Dianna"
Tartan red and black
I can't take credit for what others built- all I can do is try to put her back on the road.
You just can't fix stupid... you can hide it sometimes though...

Now VAP stands for "Very APpealing!"
Yes I am a nerd: I am researching the Austrian Mini-racing scene of the 60s and 70s

Thank you for your kind comments
Yes the red thing is the sticker on the Velosport door handles. I was very lucky to have been given them by a good mate!!
I think the thing that has made me smile the most is when people see what’s under the bonnet.
