Now a few photos from Léon Dewalque from Vervier who was intended as the 'liaision officer' of the Mini Racing Organisation for the german speaking drivers but since then has become a very good friend.

I did not notice it that they are streched. But it may be that the digitalisation of the analogue photos has caused a little distortion. All photos up to now w
were either in colour or monochrome or slides on a few occasions. My digitalisation device was not professional, it was one you could buy in an electronics shop. Sorry if they appear sub-standard.

Many thanks for the interesting series of photos r.tec, it is not often we see many photos of race paddocks full of Minis from the 1980/90's, especially from outside the UK and just before the days of digital cameras and phones cut the cost of us taking photos at events.

Thank you, Martin. Now we have come to the mid-90s, and 1994 saw another big event at Silverstone for the Mini 35 including racing and the Minis on the track. I do not remember if there were races for the Miglias and the Sevens but they turned up in big numbers an competed at least in the allcomer's race. Was it the first "Fastest Mini in the World" race?
Uhh, obviously the result of driving on the right side! But no personal damage I remember
