John Handley making a run for it in the Le Mans style start to the Brno 4 Hrs, Czechoslovakia, 1968. He won the class, and the European championship of course.
Any news on the car Trevor?
Talking of Vita I’m in the process of re-digitising all the old super 8 footage of Harry’s, some of which found it’s way on to YouTube some years ago but got deleted (along with the excellent website). I’ll upload it to YouTube soon.

I still have 90% of Paul's Mountgreen web site saved, a lot of which I actually reformatted too. I am however missing most of the pictures.

Re: Every cloud...... British Vita
great story, when I started reading it I knew about the engine, a Weslake 8 port semi downdraught head fitted with TJ injection because I had seen the head before in the 80s, an actual BVRT head. Not that many Weslake heads were there? the more popular Arden took over in the early 70s.
It belonged to a mate & he was going to fit it to a deseamed Mk2 S with 40DCOEs on a 1310 or 1430 S engine, not sure what he still has as we fell out because I cancelled his sub-contract with my company when work went quiet.
PM me & I'll tell you more about it

I'm just about to restart work on the mini's having finally dug my retirement tunnel
KDK 320F is almost ready for paint
HDK 443E is still on the jig after removing the badly repaired Floor.
The third Vita shell is in pretty good condition but still unidentified apart from the commission plate.. ..I'm in Spain over the WEC prologue event so will visit the original owner of the shell, who now lives in Spain on the return journey, as he has some paperwork relating to the shell when his father owned it there.
