not really... been blocking back in 320, final guide coat going on on monday, then a quick whack over with the machine at 500, then paint is booked for sat! woop!

been buying a few bits and pieces... got a 45D4 dizy cos for some reason i lost mine.... lol... been working getting some penies to spend on brakes and such... once the paint is done it should come together quite quickly... subframes on make my dash, wire it up and away! ha! thats the plan though!

ill get some pics on sat!

did some subframe assembly today. Need to get some bushes, quadrents, rear bearings and longer wheel studs for spacered drums, then its done

well! its painted!!!

very tricky colour to photograph, especially with the flourecent lights, it is very very shiney! none of the pictures look like the actual real life colour, lol but ill be polishing it tomorrow, so ill get some outdoor pics for you all!!

i also replaced my rear bearings, i was leant this tool, it was great! made them so easy to put in! jobs are much more pleasent when you have the right tools!

looks very nice, much better outside very nice finish.

I actually though it was Harvest Gold, when i looked at the first inside pic.

Looks fantastic, love the colour and finish, what make of paint are you using anything special?

I Used 2Pac paint, a make called Prospray, which was the cheaper option, but Andy who helped me spray it says he thinks its just as good, just needed a flat back at 2000 and a buff up and it was cracking! i did put a fair few hours into the prep and basecoat, which i think really helped with the final outcome.

The painting is the easy bit, its all the prep that turns it into a top job.. And you've put your heart and sole into that pall! Looking grrreat. As Tony would say! Ha what you doing about the interior? Carpeting it? I did that with my marcos.. Uses a thinner carpet for the roof and sides and thick stuff on the floor..
