It is one of the holes where the rear subframe mount is attached to. It is the lower bolt that should go there. The only other picture I have is the following, where can you see both holes.

If the whole captive nut is able to rotate, then there's no other option or repair other than to remove it and replace it. And while you're there, accurately align the holes and replace BOTH. Weld up repair and repaint area.
A good idea when you have repaired the sub frame attachment nuts is to unscrew each bolt every year and insert a 2m (6foot) long probe into the full length of the sill and squirt a can of Supertrol 001 down the full length of the sill for protection

It's been a while but finally made a little bit of progress. Front subframe assembly done and mounted in the car. Now I can start thinking on how to fit the drive unit and what kind of custom mounts to fabricate.
