Harewood BARC Centenary Hillclimb.

Post by mk1 »

OK, This is not strictly Minis in Motorsport, but I reckon it's the best place for it.

On the 27th of August, Harewood are running a very special 1 off event, celebrating 100 Years of the BARC & 60 years of Harewood Hillclimb. This is a special event only open to BARC Yorkshire members, it has a runner limit of 100 competitors & is a very reasonable £100 to enter.

For once, I won't be driving my Mini, I'll be in our Series 2 Lotus Seven, which is coincidentally 60 years old, just like Harewood & Adam will be driving his Austin Seven "Hogstow Special" as the Austin Seven is celebrating it's centenary, just like the BARC.

I know Rich has already put an entry in & it would be great to see a few other members on here too.

This looks like it could be a really special celebration event, with lots of runs guaranteed for everyone due to the limited entry.

I am sure that spaces will fill up very quickly, so if you are a BARC Yorkshire member, get booked TODAY!, and if you aren't you could always join :)
