It's The Barley Mow near West Horsley in Surrey.
Eoin Young, Autocar’s longest-standing contributor of the modern era....."A brilliant, self-taught journalist, he will be best remembered for his gossipy, fearlessly written column, 'Straight From The Grid' (later simply 'From The Grid' and then 'Eoin Young's Diary'), that mainly discussed motorsport but covered all things motoring. His lunchtime interviews with famous people – which invoked the name of his favourite Surrey pub, the Barley Mow in East Horsley – were always packed with entertainment and insight."

That's Spa 1967.
Car No.1 driven by Chris Amon
Car No.2 driven by Ludovico Scarfiotti
Car No.3 driven by Mike Parks
Mike Parks car still had the 1966 bodywork with the new 1967 spec engine. The others had full 1967 spec cars.

1967 was the last year when the cars ran wingless and had very little if any sponsorship.
Come 1968 and Lotus ditched the classic green and yellow for the Players Gold Leaf red and white, soon to be followed by BRM using the white, gold and brown of Yardley.

It fascinating that the top two photos show where the bottom photo was taken from.....no H&S restrictions, just people keeping their wits about them...another world
