I’ve entered both days. Gregor Marshall is down to drive Minty on a couple of demo runs. They certainly wanted a good number of Minis so can’t see why anyone wouldn’t get in. Really looking forward to it. 😃 🍻

I haven't heard anything, but I withdrew my entry this morning as I am going to Silverstone with Adam who's racing the same day.

I’m not in either and Minty is part of a Gerry Marshall thing they’re doing. Nor Mick Brough. Bit odd seeing as they have (had?) a three part Mini class! To be fair I’ve done it every year and my new garden fence isn’t going to put itself up!

Today Tim.Looks to me like they’ve possibly binned off the big Mini class that they originally advertised.

Thanks Pete, don’t know whether not hearing is good or bad. Entered the Vette so maybe they needed to make room for a fat car!

Come up to Barbon guys, it may be like going back to the 60s but it’s a great laid back event, looking like it’s Barbon no 24 for me !!

How have people found out if they have or have not received an entry?

As I said, I have in actual fact already emailed them to cancel my entry, but I haven't had any sort of confirmation of that or for that matter any email about the entry I originally paid for months ago.

This is pretty much par for the course for Shelsley. I have applied & paid for an entry 6 tines over the last 8 years. Each year they take my money & make me wait months to find out if I have an entry or not, every year I have not & every year I have had to chase them for my refund. Much as I would like to do this event, I reckon the time has come to chuck the towel in & just accept that I am never going to get an invite.

It's no wonder that they are the venue with the biggest reputation for having their head stuffed firmly up their own arse is it

Still, they do say that you don't miss what you never had, so no loss there then :)
