That was with a dealer here in NL for ages, in fact it looks like they're using their pictures as well. Pretty sure it was advertised at a similar price. Maybe a case of buyers remorse? Although interesting as it's a 997, I don't know why you'd spend that much more for a long stroke engine when a tidy short stroke 998 is cheaper, and revvier. I imagine this will be a real "collector's car"MiNiKiN wrote: ↑Mon Jan 24, 2022 2:08 pm Not Ebay, but our local Austrian classifieds:

May well be a case of "buyers remorse" - your remark re it being advertised in the NLs is interesting - if I had the money I'd probably by the S advertised on the same platform for 12k more. But all this does not fit me down to the ground financially anyway. Be aware ... this is NOT a Mini clutch master cylinder .. it's for an ADO16.
Different size bore .. 0.70 rather than 3/4. Pushrod also different I'd guess

Maybe Pete, not sure on that one.
Would still be nice for an ADO16 though.
I have messaged the seller to advise as wouldn't want anyone to be disappointed and him have any post sale hassle.

Can't work that one out. It has Mk1 door apertures, hinges, yet the bonnet hinges are mk3. Very odd.Pedromintor wrote: ↑Tue Feb 01, 2022 10:34 pm https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/194787910276 ... 1438.l2649

Yep , to be fair though lots of warnings in the advert, not as if seller is trying to cover anything upjohnv wrote: ↑Tue Feb 01, 2022 10:52 pmSingle bolt subframePedromintor wrote: ↑Tue Feb 01, 2022 10:34 pm https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/194787910276 ... 1438.l2649

A nice looking Mk2 in need of some details putting right, and it's also gone dry.

Seems to have acquired later pedals and drawstrings instead of chrome interior door handles, shame about the Mk3 steering wheel centre too.
Currently bid to £9,000 with 6 days to run.
