Copengagen Historic GP 2010
was at CHGP last sunday, it was rain ALL day, so the Mini,s could really show off in the 1965 class
the big 5 and 600 HP Yank tanks didnt have a chance
here is a clip from the 1971 class for 0 to 1300 cc
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JII85W1A6k0
the Red 1275GT (no 93) is 2009 Danish Champ Frank L Jörgensen.
he had pole, and won the race
the Red MK I S belongs to Flemming Jörgensen.
wack up the volume, and just listen to the "song" from the Mini,s

Nice 'air cooled' Fiat at the start of the video.
Fiat Abarth Berlina 1000, 1970.

Well it must be, becourse Franks car has been checked by Fia people, more than once becourse its so fast,Vegard wrote:Didn't know that the GT was homologated with a front spoiler...
and when you win the Championship, it is automatecly checked after the winning race, and they have never found any suggestion of foul play.

Recently, loads of times, and I've never seen such a spoiler. When that is said, the 1275GT papers are rubbish compared to the S.sandman wrote:Vegard wrote:Didn't know that the GT was homologated with a front spoiler...

Hi V Yes he did, there is a funny story to the cars carb setup, one day when training at Knutstorp (Sweden) Paul Heichendorff was listening & watching, next day he turned up with a different set of carbs, and said "put these on, and you will be faster" he did, and the car ran faster, now THATS a proper mechanic for youVegard wrote:
