Not on fleebee.

If I was rich I could be tempted by the first one, could make a nice car but 8k for something in that state?! Come on. The Danish import Mascot is fun for the fact it's a Mascot, so funny for the oddball collector.
Of course I know what a dipstick is, you get called something often enough you look it up!

I too would like a crack at that if I had the money, however it looks very reasonable condition and when you consider the cost of a bare heritage shell I wouldn't think the price is too far from it's worth (stupid for just a MK1 mini). Gray

Not ebay, but a very, very rare variant!

Price is a "bit stiff" though.

I was sent pictures of this and the other cars mentioned in this highly misleading ad last year as this seller was looking for advice on them. This one still has its original Mini1000 commission number on it and has a made up chassis number I presume because it was built from a kit of parts by a previous owner. I think I’m right in saying when built your own car from parts you could just make up your own chassis number back then to register it, though the logbook usually said it was built up from parts. DVLC would also put Cooper S on your logbook should you apply but the missing part was always a Cooper S chassis number! Doesn’t quite tie up with the description and still a few nice bits on it.
Now relisted. Suspect it won’t be the last time….

That’s because it’s a total crock and the seller knows it. You want to see the other two, ones even worse than that one. A “997 Cooper” very convincingly disguised as a very original and complete Tartan Red Austin 850. 🤦‍♂️. The 997 Cooper bit is the chassis plate screwed on it.

Seems to show on Ebay that some one was actually successful, might point to them seeing it and then backing out ?

The advert would put most serious buyers off, its so full of waffle and BS.

Yep, either dodgy bidding or the ‘buyer’ went to pick it up and realised it’s a bag of sh”t.

Not far from work, if I had more time I’d go look for a laugh.

The EBay feedback comments wouldn’t fill anyone with confidence!

Apparently the MCR think it’s special according to the advert. Don’t think the club will be too thrilled with that claim.

That Cooper on car and classics is fantastic isn’t it.
Needs to be really carefully restored to not spoil it, (in my opinion that is).
