Early 1959 Mini judging by the front floorpans:-
“Classic Mk 1 Mini, vehicle was saved from the scrap yard in the 1980’s and been in a garage ever since. There are no documents, chassis plate or engine plate but we believe the vehicle to be a 1959 mini. It has early 59 features like no safety belt anchorages, no flanges for windscreen rubber, straight gear lever and floor start button. You can just about make out an outline of registration number on bonnet which we think is 3588 AR. Vehicle is rolling and will need to be trailered away."

Get rid of all the accessories from the front and put on a set of D1s and that would look fab and groovy, and a good deal cheaper than an equivalent Mk1

I agree Stu, too much fluff bolted onto the front but it's easily removed and it looks like a very nice car. I'd be tempted to fit a set of recliners in matching red vinyl, a period wooden dash and a Benelite grille if it were mine. If I hadn't recently bought the Maser I'd be interested in this one. I really like the number plates that are on it, I wonder if they're refurbished originals...?

Certainly looks like a pre october 59 shell though it has a few bits added over the years that arent current for year
And looks like it has had a front panel at some point in its life
no ID is a shame though should have pressed chassis number present on the crossmember web ?
