Don't myself if it will get passed their narrow minded village censors, so thought I would try here. No swearing, just James Bond singers. Matt Monro? The one that sung the intro to Crocker's The Italian Job that went wrong?

Well, don't tell me I didn't try and make a case, I quote myself from that rugby site,

"RD, put this in your diary, the four true brit James Bond themes sung ever - Matt Monro, Tom Jones and Shirley Bassey times two. All the rest is not very good.
The only Bond singers, Shirley Bassey and Tom - all the rest are just trying, except great Matt, my favorite one.

Four best theme tunes of Bond ever. The rest are shhi, rubbish... :)

By the way, for those that have forgotten Matt Monro singing the intro to The Itallian Job intro, here it is again, Matt Monro, ex-London bus driver, pic below of him getting into his cab back in the day,

Ah, yes, Born Free, brilliant singing again. Matt Monro first really got into singing seriously when doing his national service in the RAF I think it was, or Army, when posted to Hong Kong. Always liked his music ever since my parents bought one of his albums in about 1965 when, ahem!, I was a few years old, and his music has always stuck in my mind.

This album they bought,

edit - come to think of it, think he did his national service in the Army.

A poem - some around her might not realise I am a bit of a poet, anyway,

Mark one, from Mark, before sixty-eight,
minis then without the now freight,
Montes conquered as day go into night,
but '68 came with Porsches gave us fright.

Five breathed cylinderhead, we were taking the bollocks,
if only ostrich then we were then not,
bollocks split Webers, should have been eight port,
and then Lancia Fulvia we would say whart.

Indian speak, not with folked tongue.

Reference Lancia Fulvia, won the RAC Rally with Harry Kalstrom in 1969 and 1970, beating twin cam Escorts, what a bloke.

"James Bond" speaking - each of his parents is half-welsh, from that confused corner of our country, Chester and whereabouts,
