Re: Introducing my Austin Super
Just take your time removing those door panels when you turn them round, it does take some strength to do when bowing the panels out in the middle to drop the upper edge low enough for you to clear the door but it's not worth buggering up very expensive trim panels. I'm amazed your trim person didn't ask which way they were supposed to go before fitting them. Any questions just post 'em up on here .
As for fitting recliners, people should do what the hell they want , it's their car, I've never understood why people build their cars to suit other people but for the price of one recliner you could possibly get a pair of period aftermarket seats. Personally I don't think you can beat Karobes seat covers for the money and extra comfort they give you.

This came about because the newton panels were supplied on slightly thicker board which would of been impossible to fit without messing the panel up. The trim was removed and the board top trimmed down by 2mm. He fitted the trim to the board upside down on the passenger side.
Its been done already, hopefully picking the car up next week!

Just been for a morning drive to fill it up with petrol. You know your restoration is getting there when that happens. Good times.
