Used them recently on recommendation. Freely give out advice and will sell spare parts - if you know what you're doing! (and they can soon pick that up.....) Clearly from speaking to Steve and John, both are from an instrument orientated background with a lot of knowledge of mechanical and magnetically driven instruments. I needed an instrument calibrating and corrected. Not cheap, but repairs and recalibration of this old technology never is. Nice people
