What colour should the switch panel be, either gen BMC colour, or best Hellfords rattle can :)

I reckon it should be Cumulus Grey

Hmm, I've got a tin of Dove Grey in the back of the garage, maybe that's why I bought it yonks ago.

Which is darker, Dove or Cumulus?

Cumulus is darker than Dove.

apparently my mate who used to work at longbridge from 58 to 73 reckons when the plastic heater was fitted to the later mk2 circa 1969 model year - they changed switch panel to dove as per the mk3 models

the earlier ones were cumulous grey
for my sins,i own a 1957 wolsleley 1500
