Lovely car.
(BTW, You may have already rectified this but it's worth mentioning that your door cards are upside down)

Yea the garage are re-doing this. Its been a real pain to fit the 'Newton Commercial' interior I thought it would just fit first time but its been a nightmare!

Re: Introducing my Austin Super
gawd,,hope you have better luck than me keeping my powder blue carpets clean.
looks well nice
although a lot of publications show powder blue carpets to be fitted to surf blue cars ,,ive only ever seen grey on original supers with powder blue/grey trim
shame newton cant help with the seat covers fitted to my red super
they wont do my shade of tartan red vinyl (there is two) and the correct grain ,and im not doin a full retrim-my covers are just starting to harden and shrink a bit,and as mine are the very last fitment without brocade (last handful of uk morris cars),its gonna be soo hard to replicate..
ill have to stick with old car patina
im thinkin of puttin front cooper s recliners in powder/silver brocade in the other car with powder blue trim
a super modified style?
am i doing wrong?

Re: Introducing my Austin Super
I think cooper s recliners would be a great addition, Ive always fancied fitting some of those.
When I got the car it did have the original carpets which under the years of grime were powder blue.
The original interior is shot to bits, although Im keeping it in the hope I win the lottery and can get it restored.
I will be so glad once the car is finished, dont think I will be in any hurry to restore another one thats for sure.
As for keeping the carpets clean, its a clean shoe only car lol

Its only taken me 15 years to get it to this point been many highs but many lows over the years. But having said that I do love this little car....
