What car/year does the speedo with these details belong to?

Thanks a lot Ricardo.

Presumably the 18"A" means this is an alternative of some sort. Do you know what the "1280" final drive option means? This speedo doesn't appear in Parnell's book.

1280 is a 3.44:1 final drive.
