Roller rockers

Post by cookie1071 »

Need some good quality 1.3 roller rockers to go on my engine - any recommendations (heard the Minisport items are OK)??

I see they aint cheap so would rather get some advice before taking the plunge. ;)

Cheers gang.

Niall.

PS Not had much response to this query in another part of the forum so i thought i'd try here!

minisports ones are ok, like the way they make them from a stick of rock, 8 halfs of a cloths peg, macaroni roller tips and weetabix rockr supports...

well, you asked for a quality product.......

the vendor of these (not me, im just the conduit who was trying to help......  ) made a few sets of 1.3:1 rollers (at my request) as they where a product that isnt currently stocked at ms, so as such he is allowed to sell them himself.

Niall, my Minispares 1.5 roller rockers were fitted to my racer 4 years ago and they have been fine.I made my own alum spacers.

Mike - sorry to hear that you've hung your racing overalls up but hope you're enjoying 'retirement' and no doubt see you out and about sometime. ;)

Just bought a set of these .....

Didn't bother with the steel pushrods as original ones do the job just fine and I'd rather bend one of those than break anything else.
