I’m convinced that exact description was used to sell a completely different car some years ago, a Mk3 on that occasion I seem to remember?

1100 VDP made a good price at 6.5k ... allegro VDP 3.5k and 1300GT 7.8k :D

I think some one will pay too much for that Clubman. It's neither one thing or another but looks to have had some money spent on it and been well finished with what's been used.

It's got to be said. I have just trawled through the "massive" entry for Mathewson's next 2 day auction & most of what is offered looks like complete pants!

Well they're not Bonhams or Christies, but at least they don't have a fiction writer doing the descriptions.
