Handbrake question
The little guide metl guide plates that attach just behind the handbrake to the tunnel of the body, do they go on the inside or underside of the car? I remember taking them off from the inside but drawings in the parts manual seem to show they mount on the underside. thanks!

Re: Handbrake question
Is there not suppose to be one on each side of the tunnel ?
So they form an angled tube, the cable (s) runs in.
4 years since I last assembled a Mini

Re: Handbrake question
Interesting, I agree 4 would kinda make sense, all the parts manuals indicate only 2 are required per car?

Re: Handbrake question
4 Top ones in car face forward obviously, and the ones underneath face rear to make a 'tube' guide. Don't forget to use the gaskets top and bottom, minispares do them, otherwise it will p*ss in
