Hi James,

here is one (dont think the Black colour is correct?) all others I have seen (incl my own, which is all original) has been light Red.

The Black one was sold on Fleabay last week, for 64 pounds (he wouldnt ship abroad) .

Here's one of mine, I think it's a motoplus?

I also have a HRG one, without the name plate unfortunately.

Maybe we could have a rocker cover archive, like the steering wheel one?

A rocker cover archive would be great ! :!:

My favourite the "FJ" Rocker Cover

Not all the R/C's in my former collection, but a pretty representative sample.

Its not a second filler it's a breather, they were used on one or two of the early Downton tuned cars when breathing was an issue.

Here's another image.

The motoplus ones with the flip top cap like Steve1071 and mk1 mark have shown in their pictures, are they worth much?

i'm pretty sure the rocker cover that came on my 1300GT engine is the same one, mine is pretty manky looking where it sat outside a few years, but if its collectable i might send it off to get polished instead of me getting the autosol out!

Rocker cover's are also one of my favourite topics, second to master cylinders. Thanks for posting the picture Mark, and the link from Andy B is one of mine for sale.

Tedwong, does your first rocker cover the formula style one have any markings/stampings on the outside ? Mine has got JK163 I think it is stamped into it.

Out of all of the HRG's I have / have had none of them yet have had the plate on. So does that mean you could buy them without ?

This is my rocker cover for my Traveller, it's certainly not as nice as some of the ones posted, and definately not as rare. And yes, it's only acting as a dust cover for the moment so it's not bolted down.
