magic wand

Hi,

I am about to assemble my magic wand gearbox
and I´m not sure about the little tappet at the bottom of the differential
that is fixed with four screws. Neither about the plate that holds the gearstick.
Do they need a sealing?

Can´t find a good drawing now that I need it.........
