Welcome to the forum.
Your car looks like a solid little thing. A great basis for your resto. What are your plans?

Re: 1961 mk1 project
plans are to strip it back and cut out all rot ,the scuttle and wings ,front panel will all be going in the bin , it also needs a rear subframe , the engine is a 1275 but has not been run since 2006 ,il change the oil and filter and try and start it before I remove the engine etc, was thinking cooper reverse rims ,change the dash to binnacle 3 dial ,as ive got a 1966 100mph speedo so itl look better than the wooden plank that's in there just now , also interior will be swapped for an original one if I can find one,, bodywork first though car was bought in cumbria although originally registered in Aberdeen, I live in Scotland so its come home again lol

Engine isn't a 1275. Looks like 998. Good luck with the project. Maybe see it next to my Aberdeen registered 1071 one day.
