I think so too. And they don't look good on a Mini.

Looking at some of the birds in Oxford last Saturday, if you stood an Oxford bird on that Oxford registered mini bonnet now, she'd be standing on the engine with the suspension grounded

Caught a very brief glimpse of a slightly modified Mk1 Morris Cooper watching an episode of 'Department S' last night, with Rosepetals and Vitolini style wind mirrors, can't make out what the black mark in front of the grille is though, possibly a spotlamp bracket of some sort...?

They shot a few scenes like that to stop reflections in front of the camera!

I am an absolute sucker for 60's TV, but find AA almost unwatchable. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I have to be in the mood to watch it, the presence of the Radford certainly helps. Only 17 episodes from the two series survive so I wonder if the Mini appeared in any of the lost episodes.

The first Cooper S '731 HOP' in an episode of 'Dangerman' I watched last night.... in one scene Patrick McGoohan crashes into a tree but they used a faked up 850 for that shot, and in the close up shot of McGoohan in the car they took out the sliding windows and put a fake dividing post in...!
