Homemade or Speedwell

Post by RTJ »

Found these under some Speedwell Rally seats. The guy I got them from said they were in the car about 1964. Wondered if anyone had come across them before.

I haven't seen them before, they don't apear in any of the catalogues I have. But as I always say that's no guarantee that they aren't Speedwell. I would say 70's rather than 60's too.

Cheers Mark, the seats are in the 64 catalogue. It would be nice to think the under frame came with them from Speedwell but who knows. Prob home made.

Easy mistake, must admit I've only come across one before. :geek:
and both are slightly different. This ones more rounded at the top, also the first more flared out at the bottom.
