Yep, that's a good one, but if anyone needs real info about the auto box, go to the Automatic Mini Register and ask for Martin (MRA minis).. he seems to be the Mark F. of that forum...

does anyone know how many mk1 autos were actually produced? The guy who sold me mine said it was quite rare and estimated about 100 to still be on the road in England these days but I don't know if those numbers are justified or just simple guesses...
