Its at Zolder 25th of August 1963, Sophie was a 1071 there and Slotemaker came in first.

This was before most advertising was allowed. The only things allowed then were the name the entrant and the names of the crew.
I assume NRCC was the entrant and the club held one entrants licence in that name (as did our club for our 3 entries). Adding the "A" was not strictly permissible, even though it was part of a club team entry.

Mate Bob Needham doing a ‘marshals recce’ of the Langdale stage of the
1977 RAC for Sheffield and Hallamshire MC.
The then near new Russet brown GT apparently handled like a
‘leopard in a swamp’ on it’s rock hard Denovo’s

A ratty looking Mk2 (possibly a 998 Cooper..?) from 'Sweeney!', the first spin off film of the series shot in 1976...

In the first ever episode (Ringer) of the Sweeney Regan borrows his birds motor which gets nicked when he's on the dog and bone. Its an early Mk2 1000.

Claybourn's garage ,Riley , Morris ,Austin and Singer agents, Doncaster . I remember buying 8 wheel nuts frm this garage in 1966 , Yes 1966 .
