yes it was, but it had been sat outside for a long time so was shot and lots of welding.

Having been influenced by my mate Wil Ker I have come round to suspecting that Turbos are a very sensible way to obtain big power. After all his 998 puts out just short of 180 at the wheels!

It is great to see a few other Turbo projects appearing on the forum.

Just to correct Mark, it's only 180 at the flywheel, not the wheels.

As for Rich, Pot-kettle-black!

Thanks lads for the welcome lads.
Right then I have a got all the little jobs that I have been putting off done like-

1. fit the washer bottle,
2. fit the washer jets,
3. Make sure all the lights work
4. Refit the dash
5. Get the manifold gasket sorted
6. Got the handbrake sorted and working for the first time in a long time.
7. Give it a bit of a clean

Jobs left to do now is-
1. Get MOT
2. Get the RR setup booked
3. Sort the tax
4. Get the v5 sorted
5. Sort the insurance and the agreed value

So not much to do now.
Thanks simon.
A bit of an upto date eng bay shot.
