On further inspection, parts of the heel board and floor sections were affected by rust more than expected, I wanted it to be neat and done properly so I decided the best course of action was to buy a full floor from M machine and install. Yes it's probably overkill but I figured that would be the best way.

Floor out, Toe board ends repaired and rust proofed.

New floor pan installed and aligned with subframes and measurements, then held in place with clamps and skin pins, ready to be plug welded into place.
