During the 60's and early 70's my Brother was a friend of a bloke called David Seigal-Morris. To cut a long story short, I found a photo of my sister standing alongside one of his Mini's that they'd borrowed for some reason or another. Red with a white roof, Mk1 of course, number 522 PUR and went like a rocket sled on rails. D S-M gave it to my sister eventually - the car I mean - and she sold it on for a song to buy a new Lotus Cortina GEV 134H, another rocket sled on rails!.
Does 522 PUR feature anywhere as a racer anywhere?
