Great car Andrew, enjoy the process of it being remade, re-furbed and reborn.

Re: My new project - 1965 Morris Cooper S - HOY 500D
Following the car's appearance in the Mk1 S register section of this months MCR Mag, a friend rang me to say that someone he knows is pretty sure he remembers the car being used on local road events around Norwich in the late sixties.
Better still, he thinks he has some photographs of it in action and is going to have a look for them
The application to recover the registration number is soon to be sent to the DVLA

Looks like a fun project. All it takes is money and time, oh and the occasional pound of flesh. Good luck with it. I'm looking forward to some good picture posts.

Your 64 Rust project has been quite an inspiration into believing that this shell is saveable.
Time will tell though once its stripped and braced up.

"Everything is 'savable'"
It's just the cost £$€Kr
And you have some lovely seats.

It was the condition of the interior that really sold it to me.

Arrived this morning.
Many thanks to Paul Sulma and Ian MacPherson of the MCR for their work in relation to the V765 scheme and inspection of the car. Not that straightforward due to the extreme poor condition of the RF60 logbook.
