Works Mini-Cooper Preparation

Here's an article that appeared in Autocar about th epreparation of the Cooper Car Company cars as driven by John Rhodes and Steve Neal. Note the tables on the last page listing the different final drive and wheels sizes used for certain tracks.

The "inoffensive C41" looks remarkably like an SP41.

They had to be wet throughout the BSCC Gp5 era (66 to 69). The S was only homologated wet under the new Appendix J from 1.1.66. until dry option was homologated (1.4.70. ? without checking).
One of the requirements for Gp5 was that the vehicle had to have been homologated in Gp2 first. It gets confusing because, later on, what had been Gp6 at that time became Gp5.

It's a fuel filter, used mainly on diesel engines every thing from Ford Transits to industrial engines.

It is a high volume fuel filter than runs in the high pressure side of the FI system.
