Goodwood Breakfast Club (Now with added photos)
It's the first Goodwood Breakfast Club of the year tomorrow 'Tax Free Sunday', is anyone going? (I will try to remember the camera!)

Yep should be there really looking forward to it,although after prepping up the car for the outing i've now put my back out and can't drive my own car!

I'll be there
I'll be with my little lad (6 months old) on our first trip out together without the wife... so anything could happen! It also means no classics for me - I'll be in her one series

Great pics, decided not to go myself but instead spend some time on my own car in a bid to make sure it makes next years Goodwood tax free event

Thanks, I saw on another forum a photo of a painted bare shell that a paint specialist had brought along, it this the same shell? Do you know who the company was?Early shell (no numbers on it I did look for you Bill!)

Yes it was the same shell, it also had the screen vents as part of the panel, so I'm guessing it was a 59, I think they were called Finish First

Been in touch with the owner of the 59, it's a September built ex Cowley press car bought 2nd hand by his Grandfather in 1961, registration no 544 GWL. Nice find, thank you for all your help!
