bastards stole my petrol!

Post by dhenry »

I brimmed it after work last night only to notice the needle on empty on my way to work this morning. I was annoyed as I assumed the bloody gauge or sender had packed in. About 8 secs later it conked out. Rubbish bloody bastard thieves. Hang the lot of 'em.

Tea leaves are everywhere. How did they get the cap off? Was it a lock, or not? Don't say not, please.

It was a locking kind but they managed to twist it off still. Not that hard actually.

Bugger,

I'm rubbish at locking stuff up, I guess I'm too trusting :-)

Only this afternoon 2 Gippos walked into our warehouse & stole a big old coil of copper lightening conductor tape.

All good fun.

The exact same thing happened to me last summer, my fuel guage was reading empty just after filling it the day before...until the poor mini gave up in thirst.

I checked with our company's security, and he actually provided me with a footage of the guy who stole my petrol, but since the tiny mini was parked behind a land rover, nothing was visible, so there was no proof!...he was only seen stealing from another mk1 fiesta, but the fiesta's owner refused to file a police report, he didn't want to get into hassle..so no action was taken :(

bugger. At least a mini has a wee tank, so the financial loss is less.

Locking caps aren't always a good idea. I've just sold a tank
to one of my club mates as the toe rags bent the neck to get
the cap off.

Thieving bastards, the lot of them. The guy that thought of classifying them as an individual race was a bloody genius - they can hide behind the Race Relations Act to do and steal what the bloody hell they like. Come the revolution.........

Good at laying cheap tarmac, if you don't mind the weeds coming up through it six months later.... :)

And not bad at taking away old fridges too...
