Works door square dimensions?

Any ideas (roughly) what size the door squares are on the works rally cars?

When i sized mine up, i found they mostly ran from the edge of the hinge too 1.5 inches short of the full length of the door, following the return bend at the trailing edge of the door bottom.

I did this from photo's and scaling them up to the full size door.

Unfortunately, my car is at the workshop at Race and therefore I can't help the with the specific dims.

Anyone know a "font" that matches the numbers? I've been trying to find something similar to the old numbers to get some vinyl numbers plotted up.

its not a font, theres nothing exactly right, very similar but just not quite there - works door squares were made from FABLON - self adhesive sticky vynil that your gran or mum used to redecorate your kitchen cupboards and table with back in the 60's - you can still buy it on a roll the correct height and colour / finish, its just the length you need, the numbers were painted on I think.

I had a measure up on a Mk5 door, taking into account the fact that mk1/2 doors have the hinge. 750mm x 500mm is what I came to.
