Best plugs for a fast road tuned 998 cooper??

Hello folks.

Mk1 998 cooper. Running hot even at idle. WAter temp 88 with 72 stat. The cooling system is all perfect.

ENgine 998 +20.
10.4 : 1
12g295 ported, 1.25 inlet valves
Hs2s vizard mods. K+N Pancakes
266
CSI dizzy Running curve 11

Current plugs BP6ES

WHich plugs should I run ???

Anyone any opinions on which CSI curve is best for my engine?

I am waiting for a pair of ABP SU needles to arrive

At present I don't think it would make it to a RR 12 hilly miles away
