Evening all
Can anyone enlighten me on this engine number 99H-189-xxxx
I realise it's a 998 but unsure of the 189 in the middle as it does not appear in any list I can currently find.

The 189 translates on some old microfiche that I have to key letters Ub + U. Hard to read, but Ub = dynamo. Unfortunately the U is not defined!
