Looks like a fake advert to me. If you check the sellers other cars for sale they are all pictured in different places. I am sure this person has links with another account based in Teeside, with similar adverts. They are phishing for emails and telephone numbers

I'm not seeing much Mk 3 about that shell, square tunnel, later front subframe mounts, single cable handbrake etc.Not sure about this shell, is it an automatic there is no hole for the gear lever:

Well it does hae a drip edge....and a rod change MkIII would have a square tunnel wouldn't it?
