Did the MkI cars that got the 3 clock binnacle still have the flasher on the end of the stalk....or did they have the flashers in the speedo face?
Why I ask is, I'm unsure yet if I'm going to rebuild my 61 van with the single clock, or go with a three clock so I have temp and oil.
The difference would be in which harness I buy
Alternatively, I could use a single clock and fit the gauges pictured.... (would still have to wire of course )

Re: MkI Three Clock
mk1's always had the e.t's finger on the stalk
it only vanished when the mk2 stalk with the horn pusher arrived

OK...Great ...thanks
So...are all MkI front looms the same then?
(I realise the rear loom for the van is different)

Re: MkI Three Clock
No I think there are detail changes to accommodate things like the deletion of the starter solenoid on the floor, the various positions of the coil, the under bonnet starter solenoid, the blocked oil filter light etc etc etc

Re: MkI Three Clock
aarg...many oprtions then.
I may be best to order the proper loom for my car (61)and bypass or adapt if I want to add temp gauge and maybe switch to altenator
