Photo Re-sizing Software

There are numerous software packages about that will re-size/shrink our
bloated photos so that they are suitable for this forum...

The maximum file-size is 512K and this is more than sufficient.

Most of the software is available as totally free versions, but for some,
you might need to register and pay.
