Mm 1 Cooper S carpet edging

I am trying to determine whether original carpet in a 1966 Cooper S had any edging on any pieces or it was just cut with a rough edge.

The pictures I have suggested no edging but they are unclear. Modern replacement carpet is usually edged.

The carpet edges on my car were originally NOT bound at the edges.

The carpet I got from Newton Commercial in 1990 for my S rebuild had a rolled edge. I don't know if original but it was very nice and much better than carpet I got much late from Newton for my Traveller that had no edging at all.

Definately no carpet edging on any of it.
