I came across one once where the "Screw retainer " was broken off completely and someone has used thin double sided tape , neatly cut to fit around the lip of the horn button , then stuck down to the steering wheel.
Worked out well till I pried it off .

Well I have a good idee my self  take the metal clamp ring
from the Mk2 badge and glue it on the Mk1 horn push.
If you need the push horn you can drill a lage hole in it.
The right glue will hold, most of the airplanes are glued to gether
