Flasher Relay
How and where should the relay be mounted on a Mk2 Cooper, considering it has a bulkhead sound deadening mat fitted ?.

I'm not sure if the wirings the same as a SDL MK 2, but the flasher on my MK2 just "hangs" in the area between the speedo aperature and washer bottle, underneath the sound deadening mat.

Mine currently hangs as well, next to the fuse box, but I thought it should be screwed to the bulkhead but the mat would make it difficult.
