Rosepetal alloys

Anyone know what length wheelstuds i will need to fit the minispares rosepetals? Tyres? would yoko a32's be o.k. with these wheels as i have seen on another thread these tyres are best suited to wider rims the rosepetals being 4.75? if not which tyres (budget £55 per tyre max) for road and occasional 'mad un'. i only do around 2000 miles a year. the std stud lengths will be fine as the nuts go right to the inside edge of the wheel

id use a008's, they ballon out far better than a 32r on a thinner wheel.
