Just read on the MCR site that John Kelly passed away yesterday. A massive shock. John will be sadly missed. My condolences go to his family.

Re: John Kelly
Very sad, what a great guy, funny man and a great loss of knowledge and wisdom to the mini community.
Condolences to his family, I'll aways remember him with great affection.
So long John......

Re: John Kelly
BLOODY HELL!
That's terrible news. I can't imagine a much worse way of starting the new year.
John was without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic Mini "experts" about, from the days when I first knew him when he worked with Doreen & Andy at Mini-Machine to his later days on his own he was always a helpful, knowledgeable enthusiast who was always happy to point Mini friends be they new or old, in the "right direction".
His passing is a great loss to all Mini people everywhere, but at this time my thoughts are with his family & immediate friends who must miss him terribly.
Rest in peace John, you will be missed & remembered very fondly.
