Unidetifiable Wheels, not even on the wheel dictionary??

I have been on this forum a while but never posted. I have been advised you guys may have some idea about these wheels?

I don't recognise them, but I do like them, they look very 70's/ 80's, similar to Revolutions. 6 inch wide ??

They look like PLS ones, french made.

Do you have any more information on PLS? Not something I have heard of before, clicking around the internet has revelaed no more information either?

maybe if you search in french.. "jantes PLS",
note i'm not 100% sure if they are PLS.
