Nikolaj E M here in Denmark, who runs the sixty fivers class, posted this picture & story on fb.



Take a look at this special alloy bodied midget.
I was so lucky that the Owner of this iconic Car Per Roxlin did agree to race in my race division sixtyfivers in the City of Copenhagen some weeks ago.
What i didn't know about was that last time this Car raced in Denmark, was 1965 at Roskilde ring with Reine Wisell behind the steering wheel.
So 50years down the road the car was back in Denmark.


Why historic Racing,
why looking for old pictures and magazines,
why build your Car after a factory homologation ?

Thats why !

We had a good showing of Midgets and Sprites at Croft

I love early Midgets & Sprites they come third in my list behind Minis and 1100 / 1300 ADO16 cars :D :D
